Shipping in Australia is FREE on all orders OVER $100.
Orders $10 and under will incur a $7 shipping fee.
Orders from $10.01 to $100 will be charged a $9 shipping fee.

Shipping rates will be applied at checkout automatically. Orders placed before 11am will be shipped the same day. We will email you a tracking number once your item has been sent.

Items are shipped from country N.S.W, delivery times depend on your location and Australia Post’s schedule. Estimated delivery times within Australia suggest you should receive your items within 10 business days for standard postage.

If you require Express Postage, extra costs apply and you must select it upon checkout.

International Shipping May vary depending upon location. Please note however that there are restrictions on certain products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return unopened items within 30 days for a full refund. * Terms & Conditions apply. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the need for return is the result of an error on our part (ie. you received an incorrect or damaged item).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund, once we've received and processed the returned item/s.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of returning the item/s, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes 1. the transit time for us to receive your returned goods (5 to 10 business days), 2. the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and 3. the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days) depending upon your bank.
